The work starts with the problem, not a predefined package.

Sometimes the challenge is clear. More often, what first appears to be the problem is only a symptom of something else.

The first conversation is simply to understand what is happening, determine whether I can be useful and decide what kind of involvement makes sense.

What Success Looks Like

Success depends on why I was brought in. It might mean a clearer decision, a problem finally understood and addressed, stronger leadership, improved performance, increased revenue, or stability through a period of transition.

The common thread is that something has moved forward. Issues are clearer, the organization is better equipped to deal with them, and there is a practical path forward.

This Isn't for Everyone

This work goes best with leaders who are genuinely willing to look at their organization and themselves honestly, including the parts that are uncomfortable. I will question assumptions, challenge conclusions when the evidence points somewhere else and say what I think needs to be said.
